Project inquiry privacy

When you submit a project request, we store your contact details, project description, selected preferences, and any photo you choose to upload. Please do not upload identity documents, payment information, or photos of people without permission.

How information is used

Your information is used to review your project and respond to your inquiry. Authorized workspace users can view project details and photos. Where messaging services are configured, they process the information needed to deliver notifications or requested project feedback messages.

Photos and access

Submitted photos are kept in private storage and are not added to the public portfolio. Publication of real customer photos requires separate permission.

Questions and deletion

Email intekhab1026@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Project records are retained while needed to manage the inquiry or project; unnecessary records should be removed during periodic owner review.

Assistant

The assistant provides general planning guidance, not binding estimates or construction advice. When AI is enabled, messages are processed by the configured AI provider. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
